If a customer is not satisfied with the product or the price they may send the piece of gold (including receipt) back to us within 10 days after purchase (date as per postmark) without giving reasons. The money back guarantee is only valid, if the seal of the coin pouch has not yet been broken. The customer will receive the purchasing price minus/plus the percentage difference of the gold price (London Fixing) on the day of arrival (collection) of the product.

In Germany we will collect products at our own expense. Simply call: 0800/72566666. Alternatively the goods can be sent by DHL-Insured parcel (cost:  6,90 €) by the customer. Returns from outside Germany must always be insured at the expense of the customer.
