For the usage of the trademark, the know-how, the concept and the implementation instruments and for ongoing support services, the GOLD to go® licensee will pay a common license fee, and also running fees.

The licensing fee depends on the size of the area and the mutual planning regarding the vending machines. The basic licensing price per ATM is EUR 20,000. The licensing price decreases relative to the prospective amount of ATM’s and the expected timeframe.

Currently, a monthly running licensing fee is imposed, which is ranked by price groups and is calculated in % of the gross turnover. It ranges from 1.5% for the lower price group to 0.3% for the highest price group.
