The GOLD to go® partnership is always a partnership aimed at mutual economic success based on the principle: “Pull together as a team!” The proven GOLD to go® concept is being implemented aiming for the benefit of all partners. The same goals are being pursued together and partners support each other. Not only does the GOLD to go® system center provide help to the partners, but the partners themselves support each other and the central through feedback and information about their daily work, the market and the frontline sales.
The GOLD to go® system center determines company policy, plans expansions and further develops standards. The system center is responsible for the entire company with all its subdivisions. GOLD to go® exclusively reserves the right to decide on potential locations. The system center acts as a partner and provides support in basic and advanced staff training and takes care of comprehensive (system-wide) advertising and sales promotion. GOLD to go® continuously supplies system partners with know-how and takes care of the entire financial controlling.
The franchisees are acting as decenterized, independent entrepreneurs aiming to achieve a high degree of market integration. GOLD to go® expects a very specific profile from franchisees. They are individuals characterized by a high degree of independence and responsibility and the ability to make their ATM location the center of attention within its catchment area. GOLD to go® franchisees are cooperative and conscious of the fact, that the GOLD to go® franchise system can only grow and prosper through division of labor based on outstanding quality.
Area franchising means, that area developers under territorial protection advertise and acquire locations and franchisees. For this right, the area developer pays an entrance fee (area fee) determined by the 1-year-goal of their business plan. Contracts with the franchisees and the location owners are concluded directly by the system center. The partnership is a mutually active system. For the area developer this means, that they are able to focus entirely on extending their markets. Area developers are responsible for newly acquired franchisees, as well as for those that are already present in their area. In return, they will receive a share of the returns from the ATM’s.
The regular exchange of information between the system center and franchisees is an integral part of a functioning franchise system. The willingness to stand up for the interests and issues of the franchise partners by integrating them with regard to questions of fundamental importance and crucial decisions of merits, presents a vital element of a living partnership. The GOLD to go® partner advisory board consults the system center in each important decision regarding system policies, in technical questions and marketing policy issues. It actively participates in further development of the system and the implementation of the agreed measures.
The partners in the GOLD to go® franchise system meet at regular intervals in order to discuss and exchange their experiences and information. center training conferences, regional partner meetings, supra-regional events and trade fairs provide occasions for this. In addition, the system center will host an annual meeting.
