- Search and selection of system partners

- Organizing and co-designing for our system partners, e.g. through our advisory board
- Further development of our gold vending machines
- Assembling product portfolios according to the service philosophy in coordination with the system partners
- Presentation of the price policy
- Organization of centralized purchasing and centralized equipping of the ATM’s to ensure consistent quality standards
- Creation of location profiles as basis for business location assessment
- Provision of operational ATM’s with precontracted labels and marking elements
- Determination and maintenance of the internationally protected trademark and corporate identity
- Creation of marketing concepts for local, regional, transregional and international advertisement
- Creation of distribution concepts
- Concerted development of marketing plans
- Concerted determination of development goals and business plans, as well as controlling of processes and ensuing benchmarking
- Conception and implementation of training and conferences
- Securing of trademark, regional and customer protection
- (Further) development of contracts and system manual
- Creation and maintenance of a franchise intranet
